I had a little free time yesterday and treated myself to a trip to D & D. I browsed in all the departments and bought a little of this, a little of that. The fresh minestrone soup was sensational. I got a small order in the deli, produce and bakery. All the crew is super helpful, patient and efficient. Once I got to work, I ate the soup for lunch. Lucky me. I will try to go back soon and buy a few of the yummy prepared foods.

I grew up in Wethersfield right around the corner from D & D formerly bliss market. I have been away from Wethersfield for about 14 years and have recently come back this summer and looking to relocate back in the area. I decided to check out the market and was very pleased to see that the same quality of meat and prepared meals has been maintained. The counter staff and the checkout ladies are all so friendly and welcoming, it was so pleasant to feel like I was home again.
